Here are a few things that I enjoyed food wise this week!
Cauliflower Crust Pizza
Even my husband and son loved it! The 3 of us only ate half of this pizza and we were FULL! You can find the recipe here.

This was easy, All I did was marinate the shrimp in a bit of soy sauce and sweet chili sauce then cooked it then Took some coleslaw and added an asian slaw dressing. The tomatillo Salsa recipe can be found here.

I’ve lost a total of 17lbs and 31 inches! How awesome is that?
